Re: Suncream?

Filthy is right. P20 spf 50 is the best suncrean money can buy. Doesn't run into your eyes either. I have used it when surfing in sri lanka and never got sun burnt. Amazon is also a good place to buy it.

Re: Board loss and subquent coast guard time wasted at Lancing 3/6/17

None whatsoever. Not wasting the RNLI and coatguards's time is paramount. There is further incentive too in reporting your kit lost though. I had to ditch a kite at sea once and swim in without it. Reported it duly to the coast guard. I was able to claim on my house insurance as i had reported it to...

Re: what happened to kitecrowd ?

Mr Mclean is still active on facebook. I had to warm one of my buddies about him when they started talking about foilboards etc.
I still have a link on my desk top to "new posts" on this forum just to keep an eye out for topics worthy of discussion. Kitepants etc

Re: Wave riding etiquette

This is a good question. I've never kitesurfed a point break so wouldn't know the actual answer. I fully appreciated stalling for a good wave, I do it all the time at the beach breaks I ride. However if you were to apply the rules of surfing a point break when its your turn to go its your turn to go...

Re: The twitchers are at it again!

This is a very similar document to one done in poole harbour. Off the back of which now kitesurfing is banned in effectively the southern half of the harbour.
Why are birds so important? Surely there better things for people to worry about?

Re: Woo - Kiteboarder League?

So it appears everyone has spent £150 on a dodgy bit of kit that doesn't do what it says it will? I suppose there no way of saying it's wrong...not bad at all really!! So when are we going to have a woo Darwin award then? Kiters going a couple of sizes bigger than the conditions would suggest and n...
