i used the aircast 60 for about 6-8 months after ankle surgery and basic rehab. it got me back on the water earlier than surgeons expected, basically it gave me a bit more confidence when the ankle was still weak. i was able to wear it under my winter booties, altho it was tight and i eventually rip...

i have the mystic long jacket which does the job, but ION are doing one at the minute which looks better and has more pockets on outside for holding stuff etc
