Re: What size rebels for a 10st lightweight?

I have recently had a few epic sessions flying a 5m Rebel. It is surprisingly grunty and really stable for such a small kite.
My quiver is 2012 Rebels: 9m, 7m & 5m. Don't be afraid of the small kites, a little respect will do fine... :-)

Hope this guy is recovering, any further news?
All best wishes and support to his family and friends.

Re: Do you wear a helmet

Always wear one and it somehow does not feel right to be without, something like wearing a seatbelt in the car. :-D

Re: Gear evaluation

It's the way of the game.
Buy new, keep and use for a couple of years, sell on taking the hit for depreciation/wear and tear. :(
Some guy gets a bargain, uses for a couple of years, gear is worthless cos it's out of date/old fashioned. :( :(
Stating the obvious I know but it's as it is... :|

Re: Help wanted

Plus one.
I visited Maputo years ago, delivering fuel from an oil tanker.
It was just too risky to go ashore then but the beaches along that coast look awesome.
Good luck with the competition.

given his 'no sunshine no ride' rule he will have left his wetsuit behind….? Well we now have wind and sunshine forecast for Sunday.... Whether it's the same sun that beats down on Medano is another thing altogether! Welcome to the land of the pasty white people. No, you're "blue", the average Scot...

Bonny van Colin, I looked at those, good kit storage in the bunk bed space... :-D
That place looks like Todd's as well, same place as where our new rig came from...best dealership in the North West!
