Re: Red Sea - Kitesurfing and Diving

think that you should take a look at Wadi Lahami. A few of the London / LKS went there. It's isolated with good diving, and I think that the kiting is good too.

Google it - dive operators e.g. Oonas offer trips there as well as the kite operators.

Camp sites around Widemouth

Hi

Taking the camper down to north Cornwall next weekend around Bude/Tintagel.

Can anyone recommend a small / quiet / nice campsite in that area? Doesn't have to have hookups. Camper is small.

Re: Skimboards

just had a look at the waterbird. it has fins! and it's £350!!

better get a circle one, zap, exile etc etc.

worth visiting losethestraps.com if you've not already. they don't like fins nor straps there.

Re: XC Weather

xc get their data from a multitude local weather stations - airports, airbases, buoys, etc. its accuracy with respect to the nearest beach depends upon the site of the station relative to the beach. for example mumbles head station is i guess out on a buoy, and wind out to sea is usually a bit stron...
