Cheap epoxy is not as strong as better quality resin I am talking on a molecular structure of the resin Slow curing free radicals makes a much stronger structure dependent on fibres used, glass /carbon etc. to achieve best results the curing process should be at a constant temperature no less than 1...

Epoxy putty will do put some tape on the good side over the damaged holes Don’t over fill the repair with putty place some clean plastic over the repair and roll it flat (Jam Jar) leave it overnight pull the plastic off it should be nice and flat and may not need sanding drill the holes out (6.2mm) ...
