Looking at the map i was thinking North end of Sandown or somewhere east side of Ryde.

Re: Tiree Ferry Booking?

I have booked for 1st week after sproggs go back to school (9th Sept), I only booked ahead as quite alot of people with no kids go away as soon as they have gone back to school. I go every year and would say in Oct you would be very unlucky not to get a space, there is however only one ferry a day s...

Re: Shinn Waterbird - Bag

The guys as Whasup would make you one, made to measure

I got one made for a shin Duke 5'6" £65 last year, probabbly cheaper for a skim as its a simple shape small fins.

These are spread all over the i...

Re: Kiting with a SUP board

Interesting. Out of curiosity what do you weigh, do you think its better than a wide/large volume surf board for light wind fun? Could try it on my 9 2" Fanatic sup or I've got an 8' mini mal.

Cheers A.

Great stuff, shame good news stories like this don't make the national press/media very often. Makes a pleasant change from doom gloom and politics.

Re: Repair tape recommendations?

Not sure about tapes but I alway use Stormsure glue. Little spot on a pin hole is almost invisible & strong as anything. Either available on their own website or I get it from Ebay. Get the small 5gm tubes as it tends to go off in the tube once opened. Used this on bigger cuts as well up to couple o...
