Fuel Bar sizes

Just got a 9m Fuel (2010) with the 17" bar (slingshot recommended size). If I try and use this bar with an 11m will it just be too slow? What size bar are other people using with 9m and 11m Fuels? Didn't want to get the bigger one as I want to use it with a 7m too but am trying to avoid buying 2 bar...

Nobile IFS Pro pads and straps problems

Upgraded my board a few months ago and it came with IFS pro pads / straps. (old board had the old Nobile ones on it). Never had a problem with the old ones but cut the top of my foot on the inside straight away with the new ones (strap rubs on the top inside). They seem really hard at the edges comp...

Re: Looking to go to Tarifa in 2 weeks

If you've only had one lesson I'd definitely recommend some more lessons. Also, you'll be taken to the most suitable spot each day and on the right size kite (you might well need a smaller kite as the wind can get very strong in Tarifa). You'll learn much quicker and have more fun! There are lots of...

Re: are all surf girls heffers or midgets?

My girlfriend has the same problem but she's now using an XCEL wetsuit and is really happy with it. I think it's an Infinity but last years model. Fit's perfect and is really warm and well made.

Cheers ronnie, that's what I thought but strange how they put extra holes in the plates.

Strap positions on Nobile 666 with IFS pro pads

Anyone know if you can change the angle of the IFS pads ? I know you can use a wide or narrow stance but I want to open up the angle because I've got kipper feet and it's hurting my knees and ankles when landing hard with the default setup. There looks to be more holes in the plate on the bottom of ...

Re: front / rear lines lenghs for a waroo/nemisis

They should be equal lengths when the bar is pulled in (so I was told). Anyhow, you've got plenty of knots on the back lines to play around with for fine tuning.

Re: Tiree this week

It's running every day at the moment (Summer timetable) but changes for the winter (mid October I think after the Wave Classic windsurfing comp.) Different times every day though and sometimes you need to book a couple of days in advance. Sounds like you were unlucky Luke, I guess nowhere is guarant...

Re: Tiree this week

Gott will be best in a Southerly, will be dead onshore at Crossapol. I'll be out if there's wind (Waroo's). See you at the weekend.

What's the warmest winter wetsuit

Can anybody recommend the warmest winter wetsuit that would see me through the winter in Scotland. will only be used for mid winter so built in hood would be best.
Thanks.

Re: Weeks road trip to Scotland

It´s got to be Tiree. Get the ferry from Oban. Hardly any midges, great beaches for all wind directions, flat water, waves and more chance of wind than most of the mainland.
