Re: Mark Shinn leaving Nobile

Interestingly Blankforce boards for 2010 will have graphics on them, seems the plain white doesnt suit too many people

I really liked the original "Shinn" boards, but dont think I would want to choose one from the new line up!

Re: Beginner in Bristol

Hey Tom, we are based in Porthcawl/Aberavon, just give us a bell when your thinking of heading over. There are plenty of people coming from Bristol for sessions here in S.Wales. :-D We are down the beach most days and every weekend, so will be easy for us to keep an eye out for you! http://www.blast...

Re: Do you beginners listen to your instructors ?

We've found that the best way is to keep in close contact with our students after they have had the two day lessons, i.e. let them know when we are down on the beach next, oversee them rigging there gear, help with launching and generally keep an eye on them for a week or two of there first "indepen...

Re: Vari Kites

Had an absolutely awesome session this eve on a local point break....Well over head high waves, cross shore winds with smooth glassy water.

The 9m Vari is friggin fantastic in the waves, best kite I ever used in the surf.
