Wave Masters

Dates - Thursday 25th -Sunday 28th October
Registration 9-10am sharp Thurs 25th Venue RUSH EXTEME - Porthcawl
Official Notice Board - Rush Extreme - Prothcawl
Location - Porthcawl
Now in its 3rd year and previously won by Jason Furness and Nigel Howell the BKSA Wavemasters comes to South Wales for 4 days of riding at the best possible locations for wind and waves.
Each day the riders will be heading for the best location to find waves.
The competition will be rider judged and a winner will be announced at the end of each day via a ballot or other suitable methods
Porthcawl boasts some great wind stats and great waves a lot of which are point and beach breaks.
It can accommodate a variety of wind directions from NE through to NW

Evening is all sorted for the Hi Tide on Coney Beach, includes large flat screen TV's for viewing photo's etc taken during the event.

Looks likely there will be FREE parking for camper vans on the POINT right on the beach!

The weather forecasts are all over the place, we've still had days here on the water when nothing has been forecast.

Latest reports show wind Sat/Sun..........although if anyone can hang around Mon/Tue look epic :twisted:

(a few local secret spots should be on) :wink:

Plenty of confirmed entries now, and some nice prizes too....Cyclone wave board, £200 voucher off Blade/Brunotti, a few copies of The Unknown Road DVD, etc etc
