Can anyone make a kite wind break?

Shoot the breeze and stay in the loop with the unhinged and unhooked word on the street.

I can make one of these if you wanted. I have various old kites that could be used. If you send me some details I will give you a price.

I used an old 15m north toro as a windbreak in france a couple years back.

Just pumped it up and secured it via the pump attachment with a ground stake. Worked a treat

Pretty sure Rich at Kite Barn or Ned at Taylored Kite Repairs would be able to do that for you no problem!
