cleethorpes has been bubbling under for two years now, its gone from a handful of riders to seeing fifty guys out on the best day we had this year, truly epic site.

the beach is a mile + easy, low tide is low and a trek. cleethorpes benefits from a superb long sand bar whcih protects the main channel at anything an hour before high tide, with butta on the inside and waves out back.
give it a spin, anything with an easterly in it.

Only been once but it was in the "best days ever" category. Think I'll need to head down there again soon too....

Yeah, been reading about this "Tiggy-off-the-ground" - i need the low down:

what was it?,
how long did it last?,
was plenty of booze involved?,
who won?,
was it worth winning?
and most importantly - who's got the photos?

I know you all really had a good time, Russ texed me at 04:00am, apparently he was "Bladdered" & yet, there was no wind! - quite surprising, considering the amount of booze you guys probably got through.

Pete, you little tinker!

I was very drunk, she wanted it, so she got it. The vomiting bit at the end was unfortunate.

It was one of those moments you'd choose to let pass by - if people let you.

I'm going up near Cleethorpes on the weekend...
and weatheronline has the weather as
Sat w->NW 3-4
Sunday S3->SW4 gusting in the evening...

How does this work in Cleethorpes?

obv W is bad.

Is there a local windcam for Cleeths a weather station?

Help appreciated as I'm desperate to try out some new kit!!!!
