Shoot the breeze and stay in the loop with the unhinged and unhooked word on the street.

Still at the stage where I can't decide if I like it.

Gets me out in lower winds than I used to bother with but not lower than a big ass door would have. Haven't yet developed the skill/confidence to go out in higher winds when I would be on the twin tip and thus get the benefit of the smooth ride over the chop.

I'll be starting out learning this season on a zeeko foil, once i get a deck sorted out. Looking forward to crashing a lot, will be using a full length mast.

Going to be directionals only season for me once spring arrives.

Same here just bought a Slingshot Crossover with the variable size masts been kitesurfing for 17 years but this looks like a whole new ball game going back to school by the looks of it  just waiting on the impact vest!

Thats a nice setup Sliick, i really like the idea of the short masts for the first sessions/ hours.
I'm going to try get slingshot foot hooks to protect my ankles when the inevitable happens.

It will be tricky but worth it.

Impact vest came today great fit not used one before except for wakeboarding but they do recommend them at the start for foilboarding good idea as I do kite a lot alone, the various size mast hopefully will be good to learn on but the shorter one can be used in shallow water some of the beaches I kite at do have this at various tide states so might be good for that, not heard of foot hooks will go and google it? Just waiting for the wind now :-)
