Kit rental in Vietnam

Shoot the breeze and stay in the loop with the unhinged and unhooked word on the street.

I'm going to Vietnam later this year for a month, most likely backpacker style so not very practical to take kit with me. I was wondering how developed the kitesurfing scene is in Vietnam and whether I'll be able to rent kit in some good locations?

The other option of a split board and Flysurfer 12m seems like an excessive outlay.

Thanks,
Ben.

If you're heading to Mui Ne then there are dozens of places on the strip to rent gear but as always it's going to be expensive. You should be able to rent any kite you like as most of the main brands are available there. It's very busy there at the moment, when are you thinking about heading out?

Thinking about mid August for a month. I guess rental is expensive but not as much as investing in different kit just for travel.
