Re: Hello

So, £1,500 should be enough for a new, one kite set-up if you shop around. Mental... amazes me how keen kiters seem to unecessarily blow money on gear. I remember thinking this sport is gonna be bloody exspensive whilst trying to save up £200 for my first kite haha, to this day I've never spent mor...

Knackered boards wanted

Anyone got any worn out/old damaged boards laying about? Obviously I don't mean in 2 halves, but anything repairable dings/dents/delams/insert pull outs etc etc. Only interested in heavily rockered boards with plenty of bottom shape (multi concaves/channels), basically rideable finless. If you've go...

Re: Footstrap inserts

Need a couple of footstrap inserts added (not repaired) to my board, any top quality recommendations? As in how to do it or where to get it done? This is quite an unusual request, is it too accommodate some ill fitting straps or do you need larger/smaller stance options? The issue is to fit additio...

Re: Fitting Ronix Parks onto 2014 Slingshot Asylum

Just get new bolts if if yours don't fit, check your board but should be m6. If you can't find the right length go long and cut em down.

Re: SS compstick lines breaking strength?

There not strong enough mate, 90kg and 220kg. you may be able to use the 220kg as steering lines tho Yeah that's what i was thinking, use the 220kg(500lbs) for the steering lines and then get hold of some 800lbs ones for the fronts. Also after the sliding stopper if theres any slingy reps on here w...

SS compstick lines breaking strength?

Does anyone know the breaking strengths of the front and steering lines? Currently making a bar up and found some brand new 25m flexifoil lines i was going to use, they're 200lbs and 500lbs. When comparing to my compstick lines they look really thin, the 500lb flexi lines are thinner than the steeri...
