which kite to learn megaloops?

Hi guys, I've been doing some jumping on my kites and feel like it's time to start learning the steps towards megalooping - more jumps, on-water loops, etc. until I feel I can go for a megaloop. But I want to know which kite is best for it. I've been flying and doing some jumps on my Airush VXR 13m ...

Looking for specific lines

Hi guys and girls, I have these thin Airush lines I want to replace but can't find them for sale any more. You can see them in the pics bellow. Do you know if any kite company still does them or where I can buy them? Thank you! http://i200.photobucket.com/albums/aa66/tadaska/IMG_20160828_185704.jpg ...

Re: Eastbourne Area

Hello eastbourners, I moved to Hampden Park a few month ago and want to know where I can go for kitesurfing locally so I don't have to drive all the way to Lancing or Goring which were my usual spots. Pevensey Bay, Normans Bay and Cooden Beach came up a few times in my search but Beachy Head would b...

Blue toe...

Any ideas why one of my toes is blue and hurts? I must have injured it during today's session but only noticed it when I got home.

Should I see a doctor about it or can I just ignore it and tomorrow go kiting again?

Re: Ion B2 stockists

I spoke to a guy who has a newer model Ion B2 and apparently they not as good. They have metal buckles and they erode from salt water and the straps slip through them when jumping. I'll stick with my old one for now. Patched it up a bit and it should last me another year or two.

Re: Board leads

Saved my board many times. Wouldn't advise to use it until you had a few sessions and gained some basic kite control skills. If get yanked by the kite the board can come back in your face. But if you feel confident it wont happen then it might save you buying a new board and lets you practice your u...

Ion B2 stockists

Could peeps give me names/details of shops that are likely to stock an Ion B2 seat/shorts harness. Thinking of buying one but want to try it first. Eastbourne-Brighton-Worthing area or a bit more inland from there.

Cheers

Re: Does anyone think this OK?

Firstly; I'm not a kiteboarder but I am a mountain biker. Went for a nice ride today at Afan forest park. Quick little loop of Penhydd at the trail centre. There was another group who parked opposite us who also rode the same trail. It's about 2 odd hours if you take it easy. No probs. What has thi...

Re: Big changes in the industry..

Make the clips that block the air in the struts better. On all my kites most pop out by the end of a session. Would not be good if I had to do a deepwater packdown.

Re: need a bit of line

Hi Dan,

It'd be great if you could sort it out for me.

The looped end don't have to be big, 2-3 cm is good enough. And the other end will be cut to length so nothing needed there.

Just let me know how we do this, the payment etc.

Cheers!
