hi ....thanks mart .... am I being too picky ... all I wanted to do was put on the hrm and forget about it and listen to my music with the security of an alarm at my max that I would hear through my headphones or feel on my wrist .... I don't want to have to keep looking at the watch ... coz I will,...

hi sonny ...thanks for your replies .... 125 is a max set by a doctor .... I have a minor heart prob ... till its sorted its my max whatever I do ....but as my fitness improves I know i'll be able to do more without it raising ....i gotta find the best way of monitoring it for now .... cheerz.....AL...

I was just looking at the garmin website I cant stretch to 1 of them at the moment £200-300 for 1 with vibro alert but they have lots of functions I will never need ....
I was just chatting to a mate who recons I will have trouble with the strap coz of chest hair .... I cant win

hi ya ...
mine is the 57 bar and my older bar is the 52 .... but I fly all of my kites on the 57 including my 15 TS ... can be a bit twitchy in high wind on the 7.5 though..

I have 7.5, 9.5 and 11.5 kahoona's and I fly them all on the same bar ...I had the 2011/12 bar now I got the v4 rp bar ... I cant remember which size it is ...either a 52 or 57 ...i'l look in the morning for you ....AL....

yeh I know what you saying ... I don't use camber all the time my fav place is shoreham quicker to get to for me but me and a mate use it as its in the middle of us .. I like during the week sessions too ...i'm presuming its more locals that fly during the week as with most spots, a lot quieter and ...

I hear what your saying ... but there are 2 sides to everything .... I was there sunday and you are absolutely right .... I am aware of the way of the water but even the people who can ride don't obey it I'm just getting up and making short runs and cant go up wind ...exactly the same as everyone el...
