Hello
I have a 2007 crazy fly skimboard. Still going strong and I like it but was wondering if skim designs have. Improved much over the years like twin tips have. I,m guessing not as much but was wondering if it's worth an upgrade in terms of usefriendliness and aiding. Progression, wind range etc?
Thanks
Tony

Do many brands have a skim board in their range these days?

'Kite Skims' don't seem to have changed for years, well 'kite' specific skims anyway. I think proper skim boards have changed lots and there are lots of designs out there suitable for kiting... do some searching.

In terms of kite skims, I had a nobile like most people have then got a shinnster when it came out. Not sure if its a skim or not kind of a hybrid but its great fun.

Thanks. Do you ride the shinnster finless ok? If so I might consider one of them, give me a bit of a wave option too.
Cheers
