Stolen 2014 Fuels

Shoot the breeze and stay in the loop with the unhinged and unhooked word on the street.

We've had a couple of 2014 Fuels nicked, a 7m and 9m in red white grey graphic, so if anyone see's any for sale on ebay or here, I'd appreciate a heads up, we think it was here in the UK, the boxes arrived, but some tea leaf probably at the docks or the carrier hub, obviously with access to a forklift as they were palletised and they went up and under and cut the bottom out of a couple of boxes, 2nd time this has happened, the last time it was Sam's kites.

Thanks oh and yes of course there will be a reward for info etc..

just curious, as never dealt with courier companies, do they not compensate for the loss?

It's not a courier in the conventional sense, it's the inbound shipping agent so the insurance rules fall to us and not worth losing a no claims over..

Or sold as 'barely used fuel kite'.

Do you think people who would steal a couple of kites are that organised? I have heard about people doing that for cars that are stolen to order, but I cant imagine anyone would go to those lengths for a couple of Slingshot Fuels - if they were North Vegas kites I could believe it

They wouldn't have known what they were, it was a sealed pallet, they went in up and under through the base of the pallet, opened the boxes and extracted whatever was in there, they wouldn't have been able to tell what was in there, so they will inevitably be advertised to the kitesurf community probably on ebay or gumtree, maybe even here and the ad wording likely will be strange.

Nobody steals North Anything, it generally gets given away...

I think after folk read that Kiteworld test the demand will more likely be a 2014 Rally.

They chopped through a pallet to get at them!? Very discreet!
