Anyone know if you can butterslide with fins on your board, anyone had any success with doing this, I have tried and failed not sure if its my technique or can't be done with fins? Cheers

Not really. You can try my dlx with boots and no fins if you want?

I've done it with fins on, was well powered and on flat water down the Ray - didn't manage it for long though maybe 10m or so at a time.

Would like to try without fins, keep meaning to take my screwdriver out with me and try it next time I'm at the Ray. Tried it at Toms and didn't really work as too choppy even with tide out.

I's be happy with 10m I'll give it a go later if I get out 28mph at Toms apparently

You can do it, I've found that if you get the board just before vertical, you want to try and get onto one corner of the board rather than having both fins in the water.
