I am a french kiter, I have a problem with the store s2as and they do not answer me, so can you give me your opinion ?
I made an order on 15/01.
They told me they did not have the item ordered (one boardbag), so I asked them to cancel the order, they said me ok.
Since, no news, they do not respond to my emails and my account is'nt credited.
Do you have information about this shop?

They said me it was a mistake, and they would refund immediately.
Today I'have still nothing on my bank account
