Woo - Kiteboarder League?

Kiteboarder league sounds interesting, is there a seniors league?

There should definitely be a senior league!

I bought mine at the Armada, paid £150 from the hands of the very man who invented it (so I am led to believe).
Sadly the foil seems to be commanding my attention at the moment.
Will be nice to see what I get, not been concentrating on big air for a while.

I think 10m is higher than I think it is, remembering that, if I am 1.9mts tall, then I have subtract that from my mind's eye figure...

if you've just got a woo with a blue clip, don't put it on your board yet. They've updated it after some warranty claims, added some bungees and are giving them away free when you swap in your old one.

Heading down to my local store this week to swap mine out and to place an order for some wind. They seem to be out of stock everywhere....

I'm just not sure on the accuracy of these. I had some big jumps yesterday and I know we don't always go as big as we think, but I'm pretty decent at going big and have a feel for it?

My mate who is an architect can look at a building and pretty much tell you how big it is to within a metre agrees - he said to me as I came off the water yesterday there must have been a few close to 15m today and for sure I thought I'd broke my 12.3 PB... but no the max was 10.2m and I feel for sure I went much bigger.

I think it might be an issue when it's really choppy as AFAIK it uses accelerometry and this might be messing with it, and yesterday was stupidly choppy. I need to give it a test in some flatter water - at least between waves to see, but for now I'm just not sold on how accurate it is?

Sam light did a 32 m jump yesterday. I'm also not sure they are accurate. If you think it through data from 3 accallerometers is only going to be guess work, it's fun but it's not accurate.

Yeah I think Sam posted that with tongue firmly in cheek. Maybe the Xensr http://www.xensr.com/ might be more accurate but I think Woo (like GoPro) might have cornered the market and community?
